MOSCATO | PASSITO

The sweet wine of our house. Produced with grapes 100% Moscato from small plots in our vineyards. The grapes are harvested late letting the grapes wither on the vine to allow more concentration of sugar. A wine to be drunk after a meal, matched with blue cheeses or pastries.
